Gridzu is free and currently in beta, provided "as is." Your data lives on your computer, so keeping your own backups is up to you. Use it responsibly, keep your login secure, and don't try to copy or resell the app itself.
By creating a Gridzu account or using the Gridzu app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Gridzu.
Gridzu is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we don't promise any particular uptime. Always keep your own backups of important data.
Don't use Gridzu to break the law or infringe others' rights, and don't attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer for redistribution, resell, or clone the service or app.
You keep all rights to the data you open and create in Gridzu. We don't claim ownership of it, and — because it stays on your device — backing it up is your responsibility.
Gridzu is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll make the terms clear before you're charged.
Gridzu is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridzu and its maker won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Gridzu.
You can stop using Gridzu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms? Reach us through the in-app Feedback channel, or at support@gridzu.com.
